The GDPR is a comprehensive data protection law that gives individuals control over their personal data. AutoSpecs Daily is committed to respecting and facilitating your rights under GDPR, regardless of where our business is located.

1. Right of Access

2. Right to Rectification

You have the right to have inaccurate personal data corrected and incomplete personal data completed. If you believe any personal data we hold about you is incorrect, please contact us and we will update it.

3. Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten")

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data in the following circumstances:

  • You withdraw consent and there is no other legal basis for processing
  • You object to processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds

7. Right to Withdraw Consent

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement, if you believe our processing of your personal data violates GDPR.

Response Time: We will respond to your request within one month of receipt. If your request is complex, we may extend this period by an additional two months and will inform you of the extension.

Verification: We may need to verify your identity before processing your request to ensure we are providing information to the correct person and protecting your privacy.

Note: We do not currently use automated decision-making that produces legal effects or significantly affects you. If we begin using such systems, we will notify you and obtain your explicit consent where required.

Under GDPR, certain organizations are required to appoint a Data Protection Officer (DPO). While we are not currently required to appoint a DPO based on our core activities, we take data protection seriously and have designated a privacy contact person.
